Caudwell House is a residential home for children with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and health needs. It offers residential and short break care for children age 8 to 18 and has been awarded Outstanding by Ofsted since 2011.
We are committed to providing ongoing training and development to staff to ensure the children receive the highest quality care which enable them to reach their full potential.
The role will require you to provide safe, supportive and positive care to children at Caudwell house which includes personal and intimate care and health procedures after full training is given.
This does involve shift work and working 2 out of 3 weekends but additional enhanced pay is given for working weekends and after 8pm.
