Community Development Worker
We are looking for a Community Development Worker in Children’s Centre Services in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of our multi-disciplinary teams delivering early help and preventative services to families with children under 5 years.
Children’s Centres Services are committed to delivering a targeted and effective service to families in need.
A Community Involvement Worker will work under the supervision of the Children's Centre Coordinator. You will be involved in the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers. You will take a lead role in a locality, to support parents/carers of young children to gain skills and confidence for sustained employment, through planning, delivery and evaluation of Children’s Centre Services, improving social mobility and improved outcomes for families.
