We are looking to recruit a high-quality Programme Co-ordinator to form part of the Flying High Trust central team, working as part of a new ‘Flying High Futures’ team. The role will be key in providing coordination, administration and events management to a brand-new suite of national leadership qualifications for school leaders across our newly designated Teaching School Hub.

Flying High Trust

A multi academy trust of 30 primary schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Nottingham City working together to create the best schools in the universe.

Flying High Futures

A new arm of the Trust, providing a clear and coherent programme of learning and development opportunities for our schools and our partner schools. Futures consists of the following key areas.

• Flying High Teaching School Hub (FHTSH)- working across 282 schools in Nottingham & Nottinghamshire
• Flying High English Hub (FHEH)
• Inspiring Leaders (IL) and Inspiring Leaders SCITT (ILSCITT)

Aims of the role:

• Oversee and deliver high quality customer care to school and participants accessing the National Professional Qualifications for school leaders.
• Carefully plan and deliver a schedule of face to face and virtual events.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality events management.
• Oversee all communications related to your area.
• Work closely and collaboratively with other FHP Coordinators and the Teaching School Hub Director.
