We are seeking to appoint a new Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team. The post is full time temporary due to an expected decrease in pupil numbers in September 2022.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has experience of working with children with SEND and has high aspirations for their achievement.
  • Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Is able to show initiative, creativity and resilience.
  • Is a strong team player who is willing to go the extra mile.
  • Demonstrates a good standard of written and spoken English.

The role will require the successful candidate to train to be able to offer intimate care to one of our female pupils in school.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed but can only take place after 3.30pm. Alternatively, the head teacher is happy to have an informal telephone or video chat about the role and to answer any questions.
