Beeston Fields Primary and Nursery school is proud to be part of the Flying High Trust. We are a rapidly improving primary school situated close to Nottingham University with a diverse catchment and a range of ability and needs.

We are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic and passionate about their role and has experience of making a positive difference for the children they work with.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of teaching at least consistently good lessons and aiming to improve their practice to outstanding (if it is not already there!)
  • High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Commitment to accelerating progress for all groups including EAL, SEND and those children who receive additional pupil premium funding
  • Ability to excite, inspire and motivate children
  • Ability to work collaboratively with pupils, parents, staff and Governors
  • Be willing to go that extra mile for our children and families
