Required from November 2nd 2015, one/two talented and appropriately qualified assistants to work on a permanent basis within our school as part of our extended care services

We are looking for a well-motivated person(s) who can work effectively within our school to work under the direct instruction of our extended care supervisor(s). The successful candidate(s) will be able to work as part of a team, have good organisational and communication skills and have the ability to be flexible and use their own initiative.

Duties include supporting the needs of the children between three and seven years, preparing activities, administering admin duties such as registers and liaising within parents and carers. Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunities is essential.

Applicants will have good literacy and numeracy skills, effective behaviour management strategies and a commitment to supporting all of our children to be happy and successful within a fully inclusive learning environment. As well as being cooperative team members, the successful candidate must be able to work under their own initiative and knowledge.
