A number of shifts available Monday to Friday 5.30pm – 10.15pm, with additional weekend hours available. The lettings programme is a 7 day operation so flexibility will be required and some weekend working may be necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in delivering excellent customer service and bringing sport to the community. The successful applicant will have outstanding interpersonal skills, oganisational skills, and a proactive approach to servicing the community lettings programme. 

Working with the Greater Nottingham Education Trust lettings team, based at our new state of the art Football Facility at Carlton le Willows Academy, duties will include servicing external facility hire operations, ensuring the facilities are safe, clean and tidy; and being on hand to solve any issues that our users may have. Experience in a customer service role within the leisure industry and/or working in schools would be advantageous.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, have good time management skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to use initiative, work under pressure and effectively within a team.
