£15,375 - £16,491 pro rata (£7.97 - £8.55 per hour): A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £8.75 per hour.

Within Day Services South we require two part time Care Workers posts 1 x 30 hours post based at Rushcliffe Day Service Bingham and 1 post at Broxtowe Day Service Chilwell.

You will provide a range of assistance and support in response to the day to day personal, physical and emotional needs of people attending our combined services bases.

You will be enthusiastic and flexible and be able to work across all service user groups within a geographical area.You should hold a Social Care qualification (equivalent to NVQ Level 2) or be willing to work towards this and have the ability to offer person centred, high quality personal care and support. You must be able to work effectively, both as a team member and on your own initiative and put into practice the Council's commitment to excellent customer care.
