The Property Asset Management service at Nottinghamshire County Council is looking for a Site Maintenance Technician to work in our Young Peoples Centres. You will be experienced in caretaking duties, flexible and motivated. You will be part of the Council's Property Safety and Facilities Management Team ensuring that the council's estate is safe and well maintained.

This role is responsible for making sure Young People’s Centres are safe, secure, clean, maintained and fit for purpose. As a Site Maintenance Technician for operational sites, you will work closely with the service to ensure the buildings meet their requirements. 

The role is 20 hours per week worked between Monday and Friday (exact working hours per day will be discussed further with suitable candidates) . There are currently two posts available, however for the right candidate combining the two roles to create a  full-time position would be considered.
