NJC Grade 2 Scale Point 2 to 4 Pro-rated salary £14,675 – £15,267 (Full time Equivalent – £18,198 to £18,933)

Alongside serving our own students, we are a national support school, the home of East Midlands East Maths Hub and a strategic partner of the Redhill Teaching Hub. The Minster School is also the lead school in the Minster Trust for Education (MITRE).

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised, enthusiastic and innovative School Administrator who is looking for a challenge, who wants to make a difference, who is pro-active and flexible, with a focus upon raising standards and achievements within a busy and challenging school environment.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a school setting in an administration role but attitude to work is equally important. We are also looking for someone to have a good working knowledge of administration processes and a competent level of IT literacy. A familiarity with a range of systems including Microsoft office, SIMS, ParentMail and Access Education would be beneficial (some training will be provided)

It is important that you are an excellent communicator, with high levels of emotional intelligence and a strong commitment to working in partnership with members of the admin team, parents, governors and the wider school and Trust community. The School Administrator role works closely with all other support staff to develop and further extend the work of the departments and the experiences of the students.
