Catering Assistant

Due to continued growth, REAL Alternative Provision School are recruiting a Catering Assistant to support the Hospitality Lead at our R.E.A.L Alternative Provision 14-19 School in Mansfield Woodhouse.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We seek to appoint an experienced Catering Assistant to work within our R.E.A.L Alternative Provision 14-19 School in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire.

The successful applicant will support the Hospitality Lead in the preparation and cooking of food for both daily sales and functions and support the Hospitality Lead in the delivery of training and learner engagement within the kitchen, servery area and classroom.

The role will involve classroom and kitchen support with a focus on Level 1 BTEC Introduction to Hospitality and Catering and Level 2 Food Production and Cooking.
