Nottinghamshire County Council Building Cleaning Service in conjunction with Morven Park Primary School are appointing a new Site Manager. Working a 37 hour week, split shifts with working hours to be agreed.

You will be required to oversee cleaning, and maintain the building working alongside a Part -time Handy Person who works five hours per day Monday to Friday.

Ofsted have rated Morven Park as a 'Good' school, Morvern Park provides a very friendly and pleasant working environment.

You will also be working alongside an excellent team of Cleaners, that are fully trained and confident with the cleaning of school.

You will be a key holder and will be expected to deliver the full range of maintenance, janitorial and cleaning duties, with responsibility for securing the site.

IT skills would be beneficial and you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills.

You will need to be smart in appearance, wearing a provided uniform be flexible in your approach to the role and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Working positively with staff and parents and work well within a team.

Previous experience of this type of work would be advantageous but ideally, we are looking for someone with interest and a high degree of commitment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff, children and visitors to the school.
