The governors are seeking to appoint an experienced Grade 3 teaching assistant. The successful candidate will join a strong team of Teaching Assistants who work closely with pupils, teaching staff and parents to ensure that young people achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will:
•    Have experience of covering teachers where necessary 
•    Have experience of working on a 1:1 basis with a child with high level needs 
•    Have substantial experience of working with children 7- 11 years
•    Have excellent behaviour management strategies
•    Be willing and able to contribute to wider school activities
•    Be an excellent team player
•    Be organised and able to use time effectively
•    Be keen to further their professional development
•    Be able to undertake 1:1 and small group activities
•    Be able to support the social and emotional needs of our children
