We are looking for a talented, energetic and forward-thinking solicitor/barrister. The work will be challenging but varied and rewarding. You must be able to manage cases and work under pressure with minimal supervision, be highly organised with excellent communication skills and embrace Smarter Working.

You should have local government experience and recent experience of advising in relation to Education Law including academy conversions, Commercial Law and Governance. You will play an important role in providing legal advice to schools through the Services to Schools Service and maintain relationships with the clients ensuring a timely and excellent service delivery. The role will also include supporting major commercial projects including school place planning and development.
