Are you motivated, caring and committed to meeting the needs of the children and young people you care for as well as having the ability and resilience to work in what can be a very challenging environment?

Do you have experience of working with children and young people within a residential setting or in a similar role? Are you a team player who is interested in solutions? Are you resilient to act as a safe base for young people who need safety, challenge and support?
