The staff, children and governors are keen to appoint two enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated practitioners to join our team. The post is from 1st September 2023.  Applications are invited from excellent teachers with proven ability, vision and a creative mind.

•    Have knowledge around key curriculum requirements for the primary setting;
•    Have high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour;
•    Be able to support children with behavioural and attachment and trauma needs;
•    Have a strong awareness that challenging behaviours are an indication of needs that require meeting;
•    Have an awareness of the Teacher Standards and be honest about their strengths, but also the areas in which they need to work on to develop and grow as an excellent teacher;
•    Be supportive and enthusiastic about working in a school that is committed to school improvement.
