We are excited to offer the opportunity for a fixed term Quality and Contracts Officer focused on Community Based Services and more specifically the Home Care market.  

The Quality and Market Management Team oversee the contracting of and quality of service delivery with independent sector care providers to support the social care market where people can live independently in their communities.

The role of the Quality and Contracts Officer will be to work with a team of Quality and Contracts Officers to deliver community-based services contracts whilst working in collaboration with health and social care partners and people with lived experiences.

Due to the very nature of the community-based services contracts, you will need to work and shape contracts aligned to the County Council’s vision and ambitions around ‘helping our people to live healthier and more independent lives’. The team will report into the wider integrated strategic commissioning group and work alongside as peers with commissioners and operational services (internal and external market facing) to support and drive change in Nottinghamshire.

This post is also available as a secondment opportunity to existing Nottinghamshire County Council employees. You must seek approval from your line manager before applying.
