We are seeking two fixed term full-time Quality and Contracts Officers to work within the Quality and Market Management Team. The role will be on a temporary basis for a period for 12 months. The posts will be within the teams which monitor living well and ageing well care homes, you will need to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.

You will be undertaking this role during an unprecedented time for health and social care services. You will be required to respond and react to a rapidly changing environment.

You will be working proactively, and in partnership with a range of independent sector providers. You will need to work with flexibility and initiative ensuring that social care providers are delivering quality services and have an understanding of the challenges faced by social care providers. The role involves the monitoring of services, working directly with service users, carers, and social work staff. You will be working in a busy environment and will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will need to be able to communicate sensitively but assertively and have experience of reporting writing along with the operation of and maintenance of manual and computerised information systems and portals. 

This post is also available as a secondment opportunity to existing Nottinghamshire County Council employees. You must seek approval from your line manager before applying.
