We have an exciting opportunity to join our amazing Admin team here at Annesley.

You will work along with and report to the two existing Job-Share, Office Managers.

This is an opportunity for someone who would enjoy a varied and interesting role being part of a fabulous school community.

General tasks include, being first point of contact for parents and visitors, answering the telephone and emails, general administrative support, purchase orders and invoicing.

We are look for someone to join our hardworking and dedicated team who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years office experience and a good standard of Education with GCSE in English and Maths.
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office based programmes.
  • Has good attention to detail and is able to prioritise and manage their time.
  • An excellent communicator who is well organised.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and able to form good relationships with the public.
  • Can multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
