The Flying High Trust is currently recruiting for 3 lead teachers for the following:
· EYFS
· KS1
· KS2


This is a unique opportunity for an excellent practitioner, who wishes to follow an alternative career path to progression into SLT. This post will ensure that you remain grounded in the classroom, focused on relationships with your children whilst having the opportunity to spread your excellentpractice and support and enable others. The position will be centrally employed and managed through the central team, however will involve both in school responsibilities and trust wide deployments. The post holder will be deployed to a targeted school, taking on classroom responsibility and providing lead practitioner support across the school to develop the quality of teaching and learning. This targeted school will be agreed on a bi-annual basis based on your geographical availability. This provides an exciting opportunity to experience and impact on a range of schools. The role has the potential to include further opportunity to work with and support other schools, be involved in the design and delivery of CPD and to work across our outstanding teacher training provision, Inspiring Leaders teacher training.
