Vision Studio School is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual as a Learning Coach in Health and Social Sciences.

Our teaching staff are called Learning Coaches, which reflects their role at Vision Studio School.

As this is one of the specialist areas of Vision Studio School. The aim of this key role is to support both the Principal and Assistant Principal, in providing inspirational teaching of Health and Social Care for Vision Studio School, ensuring its success.

Accountable to the Subject Leader of Health and Social Sciences, the Learning Coach Health and Social Care will be responsible for the achievement and standards for the students they are teaching Health and Social Care at both levels 2 and 3, within the Studio School. They will be influential in the implementation of a new and innovative educational ethos and curriculum with a focus on employability and employer relationships, securing high levels of achievement.

The post-holder will report directly to the Assistant Principal/Subject Area Leader.

The post is offered on a Vision Studio School Delivery Contract and is subject to those terms and conditions.

The salary will be within the Delivery Scale £22,947 – £37,340 per annum.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week on a flexible basis.

The Vision Studio School operates a contributory Average Salary Pension Scheme.
