Temporary Part Time Night Care Assistant
Leivers court is a 38 bedded residential home for the elderly You will need a commitment to and interest in providing for the needs of older people while promoting and maintaining independence, provide personal care where appropriate and contribute to individual care plans.
Good communication skills and an ability to work within a team are essential. You will be sensitive to the needs and feelings of older people and have an understanding of the Department’s equal opportunities policy. Your work will also include a variety of care duties, but also regular fire and security checks and general cleaning duties. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be given.
You will be supported with a full induction regular supervision and training will be given.
