Beardall Fields Primary and Nursery School are seeking to appoint a new Site Manager to start as soon as possible working a split shift 6:00am – 10:00am and 2:30pm – 6:00pm

Our school building opened in September 2014. We have an enormous amount of pride in our school and we need a Site Manager who shares that pride and is willing to take an active role in school life. The appointed person will need to promote our school values to; inspire our children, respect every member of our school community and to support our children to succeed.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated individual who is pro-active, can use their own initiative at all times and is prepared to take on the responsibility this role requires. The successful candidate will be a good communicator; able to liaise with staff, pupils, parents and contractors. They should be proficient in DIY, have good interpersonal skills and have a smart appearance.

The job requires excellent organisational skills, an ability to prioritise the work load and the successful candidate will also need administrative skills with a good level of English and Maths. The site needs to be kept safe for users, and the new Site Manager will have to complete regular testing and recording including Legionella, Fire Safety and other aspects of health and safety, as well as managing contractors on site.
