£7.52 - £7.66 per hour: A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to £8.25 per hour

The Catering & Facilities Management Service is looking to employ an additional cleaner at the Piazza Building, a new office establishment for NCC which has recently been modernised to a high standard.  It is located at Sherwood Business Park, Annesley Woodhouse, situated just off the Decota Hotel Roundabout and below the Customer Service Centre on Little Oak Drive. It is  easily accessible by car and is within walking distance from the surrounding villages. It is a lovely environment to work in and you will join an existing cleaning team who enjoy working at this establishment.

This post is intended to further enhance the cleaning standards within the site with immediate effect and you will be required to work between the hours of 6am – 8am Monday to Friday. Duties will include: vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing of furniture and window cleaning, with occasional use of electrical clean machinery i.e. buffing machine and wet pick up’s.

You will play a vital role as part of a small team of cleaning staffThis post is predominately one where you will be expected to work using your own initiative and you will be required to program your daily routine to meet the needs of the site.

Protective clothing and other PPE will be provided as required.
