Do you enjoy working with people from different backgrounds?
Do you want to make social care the best it can be?
Are you committed to working co-productively?

The Nottinghamshire Adult Social Care and Health department are working towards greater co-production and are looking for people to join a new Adults strategic co-production team.

The team will work closely with the Our Voice co-production group to make sure our co-production plan ‘Better Together’ is implemented well. The work will be varied and will involve building relationships and connections, bringing groups together around a common purpose both face to face and online, sharing learning and improving communication about the work we are doing. The team will provide support and develop tools to enable other people to co-produce well.

We are looking for people who have the right experience, skills and knowledge but most of all values. So, do your values match ours?

We are looking for people who:

  • Are honest and open so they build strong relationships with people.
  • Share power by involving people as equals from the start of a piece of work.
  • Consider Accessibility and what needs to change to involve everyone.
  • Respect and value everyone’s contribution equally.
  • Encourage diversity by bringing people together with different experiences so we find the best solutions to problems.

We would welcome applications from anyone who has the relevant experience and enthusiasm. If you feel you would be suited to this role we would welcome an application from you.

In return, you will receive ongoing training and coaching, regular supervision, annual development appraisals, alongside the support of motivated and friendly colleagues. You will be provided with appropriate technology and access to work remotely.

If you would like to know more about this role, please call: Sarah Craggs, Co-production Manager on 07834801314 for an informal chat.
