You will have responsibility for developing programme plans to deliver the identified objectives of the Council’s Property Strategy and Council Ambitions. The role will involve compiling monitoring reports to support budget holders plan, forecast and report to Council officers.

This role is responsible for planning the programme of works which have been identified to help buildings remain safe, legal, and compliant, working closely with other departments within the organisation.

This post will have extensive involvement with external contractors and key partners, especially the Council’s Design and Build Joint Venture partner, Arc Partnership, and some PFI providers.

You will have a high level of personal drive, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on your own and work well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to this role. You should also be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
