TEACHING ASSISTANT
The Headteacher and Governors of The Primary School of St Mary & St Martin wish to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified full-time Grade 2 Teaching Assistant (temporary contract) from September 2017.
The successful candidate will be required to support teaching staff within the classroom setting and to work with pupils with learning and/or emotional issues. Experience within Key Stage Two would be a benefit.
We are a small, forward-looking village school with supportive governors and parents, and enthusiastic children who are keen to grow as learners.
We are looking for an exceptional and dedicated Teaching Assistant, who seeks to provide exciting learning opportunities that will both inspire and challenge our children. The successful candidate will need to have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour, and a commitment to ensuring each pupil achieves their full potential. Being able to work effectively as part of a team, while also using their own initiative, is an essential quality.
