Community Care Worker
We require a highly motivated Community Care Officer to work across the Older Adults Community Team in Bassetlaw.
You will be expected to: -
- Support occupational therapists to meet the departments’ performance and service delivery requirements, to manage systems effectively and to work positively within a culture of change.
- The ability to be resilient and effective in supporting service users with equipment and adaptations.
Effective communication, organisational and IT skills are essential. You must also be able to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines whilst working under pressure, and have an awareness of and a commitment to Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety policy/procedures.
