Are you an experienced curatorial archaeologist? Could you take the lead role in all archaeological matters for Nottinghamshire?  

This post offers a rare and exciting opportunity to lead work with a wide range of partners including other local authorities, public and voluntary sector organisations, in setting the strategic framework for archaeological advice, policies and programmes in the County. Your significant practical archaeological experience and passion for the historic environment will enable you to oversee the delivery of high-quality advice and guidance to underpin the conservation and understanding of Nottinghamshire’s archaeological resource, including through the planning system.
