The delivery of Property Services at Nottinghamshire County Council is being transformed and a Special Projects Manager role has been created to support the delivery of the Councils exciting housing, economic and community development agendas, if you think the job is for you, we would welcome your application.

The Special Projects Manager position will lead on the planning and management of projects with high value. Timescales could be challenging, and projects may be politically sensitive therefore you will need a high level of attention to detail. Experience of sensitive stakeholder management is also required to ensure smooth project delivery.

You will be educated to degree level or have substantial industry experience and have a relevant industry qualification, such as Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). A project management qualification and experience are essential to carrying out the role.

As the Special Projects Manager, you may be required to deputise for management when required, therefore any previous line management experience would be welcomed.
