We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic team players to join the Department’s Service Improvement Team to help shape and drive our service forward.
To support the Department to better deliver on the Adult Social Care and Public Health Departmental Strategy, to be better placed to build on existing good performance and to address the feedback from staff about how we can improve our service, the Department is currently undertaking a workforce remodelling exercise. In addition, there is also a planned programme of work to look at the processes and systems in place across the Department with a view to streamlining and improving these. The aim of the work will be to both increase efficiency and increase the amount of time that social care staff can spend working with the people we support to meet their needs.
Two Project Managers are required to join the existing team and support this work.
