We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established busy team based at Meadow House as an Advanced Social Work Practitioner (ASWP) with a specialism of Learning Disabilities.

We require an ASWP who can guide the team’s work with adults with learning disabilities and work with carers including young carers.

Come and work with a busy and friendly district team responsible for safeguarding for vulnerable adults including people with ASD, physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental ill health.

You will be expected to act as a duty manager on a rota basis and to supervise staff within our team. 

Take part in team huddles regularly including weekly case allocation meetings

We're looking for enthusiasm and willingness to develop our owning and driving performance style

We support the hybrid model of working with an expectation of attending the office 1 day per week and every day when you will be acting as duty manager.
