An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Site Manager to join our existing Premises Team.

We are looking for someone who:

•    Strives to be the best, having high expectations of themselves and their work

•    Demonstrates accountability for ensuring they secure high quality support for school improvement

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, positive, well organised, flexible, an excellent communicator and possess the ability to work in close partnership with school staff, the wider Trust and external partners.

You will:

•    Be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and management of all of the school buildings, and plant
•    Ensure that all building services are provided to the highest standards in ensuring a safe, clean, attractive and secure environment
•    Have sound knowledge, and experience of implementing all appropriate Health and Safety compliance, maintaining accurate records, including supporting the Health & Safety lead with risk assessments and compliance
•    Be a key holder and be expected to liaise effectively with staff and contractors
•    Be efficient, organised and capable in order to prioritise tasks effectively
•    Be approachable and possess good interpersonal skills
•    Be flexible in your approach to working hours (working pattern will change during school holiday periods)
