Our Opportunity

The Beech Academy is seeking a bright, energetic and enthusiastic individual, driven by their values and a desire to make a difference. The new person will be expected to maintain the high standards set to keep our school environment looking immaculate, providing the community with a safe and welcoming school, having a positive can-do attitude. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make everyday count for the children. Each of our individual roles has an impact on the future of our children and so, we put them at the heart of the decisions we make and the services we provide. The site manager’s role would be an important part of the management team liaising with Head teacher, Business Manager and maintaining links with the Governing body providing reports for premises issues when required.
