This is an exciting time to be joining our Multi Academy Trust. We operate from a Head Office in Ashfield with nine schools in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire along the M1 corridor and we are now looking for an ambitious Trust Estates Manager to join our growing team. 

The role:

This exciting new role will involve professional oversight of premises and site systems across the Trust. They will take estates forward consistently across the Trust, developing common systems, contracts, driving compliance and best value for money.

The person:

The ideal candidate will hold or be studying for a Health and Safety Qualification and have experience of project management and delivery of large-scale capital programmes, high quality services and systems.

Experience of working in a multi-site operation is a must, as it experience of financial and budget control.
