Caudwell house in Southwell provides residential and short breaks for young people aged 10-18 years with physical disabilities and/or health needs and associated learning disabilities. Caudwell house has been "outstanding with Ofsted since 2011 and has a commitment to continue to improve and develop services for young people.
A post has arisen for a full time domestic assistant. The post will require you to work as part of a small team to ensure a clean and safe environment for the young people to live. This post is predominately one where you will be expected to work using your own initiative, and you will be expected to programme your daily routine to meet the needs of the unit. Protective clothing and other PPE will be provided as required.
