Teaching Assistant

Required to start as soon as possible, for 32.5 hours per week – Term time only.  We require an experienced teaching assistant who will offer classroom, individual, behavioural and administrative support. Your knowledge of the Special Needs Code of Practice will help you to understand and empathise with students who experience difficulty with school life for a number of reasons. The Carlton Academy is a “good” school (OFSTED May 2017) and is on a journey towards becoming outstanding. The Carlton Academy is sponsored by The Redhill Trust and works collaboratively across their schools and as part of the wider Redhill Teaching School Alliance.
