Required 7th January 2019 -13 hours per week -Part time (All day Monday and Tuesday)

The staff, governors and children of Radcliffe On Trent Infant and Nursery School are looking to appoint a fun and energetic Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and enthusiastic Foundation Stage team.

We are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, creative and empathetic individuals who are able to relate to and engage our youngest learners
  • Applicants who are committed to safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children
  • Applicants who are supportive of the school’s nurturing ethos and will commit to the wider life of the school
  • Individuals who have belief in the inclusion of all children and the ability to respond to the challenge of inclusion 
  • Someone confident in the Early Years curriculum and using on line assessment tools
  • A good understanding of child development and the benefits of learning through play
  • A teaching assistant, who has the skills required for effective partnership work and who have a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
