MITRE is a growing Multi Academy Trust with its Head Office (and this role) based in Eakring. The Trust has 4 schools at present with a further 3 hoping to join imminently.
The Trustees wish to appoint an HR Manager to support all academies and Central Trust staff to ensure that the day-to-day HR practices are robust and adhere to best practice. They will manage individual case files for attendance, disciplinary, grievance, capability and any other HR issues.
