Alongside this, you will be able to contribute towards the changes taking place in the team and will have the opportunity to work with District Teams to raise awareness of Safeguarding and the work undertaken in the MASH.
You must be able to evidence the skills required to prioritise risk and effectively manage your own case load whilst identifying any issues or concerns that may impact on service delivery and escalate these appropriately.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
- Professional Social Work qualification
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Excellent customer service and IT skills
In addition, you will need to have a thorough working knowledge of the Department’s current adult care strategies and demonstrate that you are up to date with the developments within Adult Social Care & Health & Safeguarding both locally and nationally.
