Chilwell School seeks an individual with significant knowledge of building services and property management.

The post holder will have day to day responsibility, line managed by the School Business Manager, for all Maintenance & Building Services, Contract & Contractor Management, Facilities Compliance, Minor Project Management and Facilities Health & Safety. This is a buildings focused role which would suit a well-qualified individual who has a wide experience of building maintenance, building services and project management. The ability to manage a committed and dynamic team, alongside a wide range of contractors is essential. This role incorporates a range of reactive and scheduled work, therefore attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude are a must. Only applicants with extensive knowledge of building services, facilities compliance, team supervision, property management and associated compliance will be considered.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check. Employment records, references and qualifications will be verified.
