The Joseph Whitaker School is a popular 11-18 school, in Rainworth, a village just outside of Mansfield.  It serves the three local villages of Blidworth, Rainworth and Ravenshead and has around 1370 students. 

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Teacher of Health and Social Care, who will also fulfil the role of Quality Nominee for the whole school.

The successful candidate must be energetic with a passion and commitment for the subject; this is an exciting opportunity for an existing leader or classroom teacher, with some experience of vocational/BTEC teaching to secure a middle leadership role, as the Quality Nominee. 

The successful candidate will be passionate and be able to work as a member of the Social Sciences faculty, to ensure the consistent promotion of learning and to secure the best outcomes for all of our students.
