We are seeking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant. We are looking for someone who can enhance our happy and successful environment, where high expectations and a commitment to the development of the whole child is paramount. The successful candidate would need to be proactive, committed and self-motivated. We are looking for a teaching assistant who has:
- A Level 3 Qualification or equivalent.
- A proven track record of working with children.
- Positive strategies to support children with additional needs
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, plus excellent communication skills.
- A patient, flexible and innovative approach.
It would be advantageous to also have:
- Experience of supporting children with autism and/or sensory needs.
