Residential Social Care worker
Caudwell House is a home for children with physical disabilities and health needs and has been awarded outstanding by Ofsted since 2011. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development for staff to ensure we continue to improve and grow and the children receive the highest service enabling them to reach their full potential. An opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent Residential Social Care worker to join our team. You will be required to
- Provide the highest standard of physical and emotional care
- Contribute to a positive environment, including the provision of play and leisure activities to ensure the best outcomes for children
- Provide personal and intimate care and perform health procedures for which you will be trained by health professionals
- Plan, organise and manage shifts
