Carlton le Willows Academy is due to open a new enhanced provision to support the needs of learners with a range of individual needs associated with autism and anxiety. The successful candidate will provide individualised support and guidance to targeted students, delivering intervention programmes to support students to achieve their individual subject targets.

Applicants will be expected to foster a caring ethos by building relationships throughout the Academy, ensuring that the needs of the students are met within an inclusive environment.

In return, we offer the chance to work in a friendly, supportive community characterised by committed, capable staff who work collectively on behalf of students.
