Our highly-successful network of 10 schools (3 Secondary and 7 Primary) educates students across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Nottingham City, Derby City and Leicestershire. Fraser Mitchell is the secondary education lead and Angela O’ Brien leads primary education. Both are National Leaders of Education.

The Spencer Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced Estates and Facilities Manager to join our expanding Trust operational support team. This is a key senior management role contributing to and leading the implementation of an estates strategy for the Spencer Academies Trust, including upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with best practice, statutory and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone who has a positive approach, is resilient, who can prioritise and manage their own workload and can undertake a wide ranging remit. The successful candidate must have an approachable manner and be both flexible and able to work under pressure.  Additionally they must demonstrate self-motivation, be exceptionally well-organised with superb communication skills.
