Building Cleaning Services are seeking to employ a Mobile Site Manager to join our existing Mobile team within the Ashfield area. The successful applicant will be required to help with the sickness cover for NCC buildings, Fire stations and Schools that buy back into our services, currently numbering 65 sites.

We are committed to high standards in the Ashfield Area and seek a Mobile Site Manager who is eager to work as part of a team to maintain these requirements. The role of Mobile Site Manager is demanding and the successful candidate will be expected to deliver the full range of site management, maintenance, janitorial and cleaning duties as laid down in each site. The successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail and work based Health and Safety for both themselves and others.

The successful candidate will be required to work a split shift between the hours of 6am – 9am and 3pm – 6pm. However, this will be flexible to meet the changing needs of the sites. They will also be required to take responsibility for the covering of sickness for cleaning, caretaking and site management of sites as and when members of staff call in sick, as well as helping out with cleaning inspections, therefore basic use of computers is a necessity. It is also be a requirement that electrical cleaning machinery, such as buffing machines, will be used periodically.

The successful candidate will be able to drive and be a car owner with a clean driving license. Travel expenses will be paid to and from the sites.
