Radcliffe on Trent Infant and Nursery School is a growing and friendly school, where high expectations are set for the staff and children alike. We are seeking to appoint a passionate, motivated and well qualified individual to fill the vacancy of School Business Manager at our busy school which was judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2018.

The successful candidate will take lead responsibility for all Financial, Human & Physical Resources, Health and Safety and Administration. We are looking for a candidate who:

  • has experience of working in education
  • has experience of Strategic Management;
  • has experience of HR Management;
  • has experience of Business and Financial Management
  • has experience of Health and Safety procedures;
  • has excellent organisational and leadership skills;
  • has excellent interpersonal skills;
  • has the ability to analyse problems, reach considered judgements, resolve issues and delegate effectively.
