Job/Person Summary

We would like to appoint a friendly, reliable, flexible and professional person to join our team.   We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced person with energy and vision to take on the role.  A clear understanding of confidentiality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to ensure that pupils, staff, parents and visitors to the school are supported effectively.  The Office Manager will also be expected to promote the school positively, develop good working relationships and be prepared to contribute to the wider life of the school.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.30pm, Term Time only

The successful candidate will:

• Manage/maintain the budget in accordance with school policies

• Have full responsibility for the school office and administration

• Provide secretarial duties for the school governing body

• Have the ability to streamline and implement new processes and procedures

• Lead on procurement activities along with the processing of daily financial activities

• Be able to prioritise effectively and juggle many different tasks under pressure

• Support the Christian ethos of our school.

• Have a sense of humour and be a good team player
