All staff work hard to provide a secure and happy atmosphere in which children can grow and learn. The Early Years Foundation Stage provision offers the children the opportunity to take part in a wide range of both indoor and outdoor learning experiences. A topic-based curriculum in Key Stage 1 ensures coverage of all areas of learning, whilst providing opportunities to develop speaking and listening, English, Maths and ICT skills; we aim to give children the chance to develop their learning outside the classroom as often as possible.

The school is committed to inclusion for all and practitioners strive to ensure that the children enjoy learning and are confident in themselves and their achievements. Pupil success lies at the heart of everything that the school does. The school is adaptable and flexible to the needs of all pupils so they become active members of the school community.

There is a very supportive Governing Body and the staff work as a close team to ensure every child experiences a high quality, motivating education.
